What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution for performance and benchmarking initiatives, including infrastructure validation and launch readiness.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to verify new hardware platforms and software environments meet performance and stability standards.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to operationalize benchmarking frameworks that measure model performance, runtime efficiency, and GPU utilization.
• Coordinate dependencies across platform engineering, capacity, and GTM teams to align performance findings with roadmap priorities.
• Build mechanisms for release readiness, risk management, and post-launch reviews for performance-sensitive infrastructure projects.
• Establish success metrics and dashboards to improve visibility into infrastructure validation and benchmark repeatability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, HPC, or AI/ML platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in GPU/accelerator-based infrastructure and workload performance measurement.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs for performance engineering or infrastructure readiness.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) or eligible for export authorization.
• Ability to translate technical performance data into actionable decisions for product, customer, or GTM audiences.
