What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project plan, execution cadence, and blocker resolution for client engagements.
• Act as the primary operational counterpart for client business leaders, translating technical progress into business value.
• Drive the rigor needed to turn POD intent into shipped outcomes on a week-over-week and sprint-over-sprint basis.
• Make critical real-time tradeoffs between scope, time, and quality to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Engagement Leads, Technical Architects, Agentic Systems Analysts, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Ensure all IP capture commitments are successfully completed by the close of the engagement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager with a track record of delivering complex outcomes.
• High business fluency and the ability to operate as a credible counterpart to executive stakeholders.
• Strong accountability for delivery rigor and the ability to manage project narratives.
• Experience operating within a POD structure alongside technical architects and engineers.
• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia for on-site work.
