Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (5 days a week in-office)

What you will do
- Translate complex finance requirements into clear product specifications.
- Lead customer implementations and design efficient revenue workflows.
- Build playbooks and enablement content for customers and internal teams.
- Surface field patterns to the product team to improve system functionality.
- Act as an in-house expert on modern finance organization standards.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
- Strong grasp of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and accounts receivable.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work 5 days a week in the Soho office.
- Genuine interest in software, AI, and building financial tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience in Big 4 audit or high-growth startup finance.
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or success capacity.
