Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the general ledger and end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes according to US GAAP.
• Oversee US federal, state, and international corporate tax, including transfer pricing and cross-border entity structures.
• Handle payroll compliance, tax filings, and manage the PEO/provider relationship.
• Lead financial audits, prepare annual statements, and provide investor updates and due diligence.
• Design and automate scalable finance processes for accounting, billing, and reporting to eliminate manual work.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City (On-site).
• 5+ years of experience, including Big 4 or public accounting.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Hands-on experience with US and international tax across multi-entity structures.
• Ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with extreme attention to detail.
