TL;DR
Accounts Payable Manager (Finance): Building and scaling the accounts payable and T&E function for a rapidly growing AI music platform with an accent on system implementation, policy design, and process automation. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office 5 days a week. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end accounts payable and T&E operations, including vendor onboarding and expense management.
- Design and implement scalable financial policies and controls tailored to diverse departmental needs.
- Integrate AI-enabled automation tools to streamline spend management and improve accuracy.
- Partner with production and creative leads to align financial processes with operational workflows.
- Support the accounting team's growth by establishing documentation and operational best practices.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of accounting or accounting operations experience, with specific ownership of AP and T&E.
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing spend-management systems like Ramp, Tipalti, Bill, or Concur.
- Proven ability to write scalable policies and build financial controls.
- Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to optimize accounting workflows.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting production or creative spend environments.
- Background in Big 4 accounting firms.
- Exposure to global or multi-entity financial structures.
- Demonstrated capability in building AI-enabled finance operations.
