Strategy & Business Operations (Hardware)

Location: Onsite at the New York City headquarters when not traveling; domestic and international travel up to 30% of the time

Salary: $150,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

Arena Physica develops Atlas, an AI platform that applies physics-grounded intelligence to verify, debug, and optimize hardware throughout its lifecycle.

What you will do

• Own special projects end to end across finance, operations, go-to-market, and recruiting.
• Investigate pressing company challenges and drive projects from problem definition through execution.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and build scalable systems, processes, and operational playbooks from scratch.
• Develop financial models for hardware programs, operational foundations for customer deployments, and new pricing models.
• Build deep knowledge of the company’s technology, customers, economics, and internal processes.
• Work with the COO and executive leadership to make strategic recommendations and turn them into results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup.
• Deep interest or hands-on experience in hardware.
• Exceptional quality standards, intensity, drive, and willingness to work long hours on complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, financial modeling, and customer presentation skills.
• Track record of creative problem solving and owning impact at scale.
• Ability to work in person at the New York City headquarters when not traveling and to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
