Salary: $150,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Own special projects end-to-end across finance, operations, GTM, and recruiting.
• Identify top organizational challenges and build scalable systems and playbooks from scratch.
• Develop deep fluency in company technology, customer needs, and economics to support diverse projects.
• Collaborate closely with the COO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time to support enterprise customers.
• Work in-person at the NYC headquarters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong interest or hands-on experience in the hardware industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create investor-ready models and customer presentations.
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving and owning impact at scale.
• Must be eligible to work with technology controlled under U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR).
• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY.
