What you will do

  • Own the technical strategy for partnership-driven deals from discovery through close.
  • Lead joint pre-sales motions, activating integrations with market data providers and fintech systems.
  • Design and configure integrated AI-powered workflows that combine Hebbia with partner data.
  • Deliver high-stakes integrated demos and solution narratives to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps in integrations and drive feedback loops to product and partnerships teams.
  • Enable internal Sales and Partnerships teams with frameworks and best practices for ecosystem value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Consulting) in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with market data, financial datasets, or fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the financial technology ecosystem and system integration.
  • Proven ability to drive partnership or ecosystem-led pre-sales motions.
  • Ability to translate complex, multi-system environments into clear solution strategies.
  • Strong executive presence and bias for ownership in high-ambiguity environments.
