What you will do

  • Serve as a senior advisor to customer executives, shaping their AI Marketing adoption roadmaps.
  • Own strategic relationships with key accounts, delivering executive insights and tailored optimization plans.
  • Analyze AI, SaaS, and SEO trends to provide forward-looking market intelligence to clients.
  • Codify customer engagement patterns into internal best practices and thought leadership playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and operations teams to align customer feedback with the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-leading roles (TAM, consulting, analyst) or analytical experience in SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business strategies and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, including Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or finance-related field.

Nice to have

  • Background in SEO, keyword strategy, and organic growth.
  • Experience in digital marketing or campaign performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) behavior.
  • Prior experience in marketing operations or conversion optimization.
