Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, CA (On-site 5 days/week) with 25–50% travel required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments including workflow discovery, solution design, configuration, and rollout.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for life sciences accounts, driving adoption, retention, and renewals.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable pipelines and ensure technical execution.
• Build customized workflows for patient services, clinical operations, and HCP enablement.
• Present deployment results and strategic proposals to audiences ranging from Directors to C-suite executives.
• Ensure deployments meet rigorous life sciences standards including GxP, HIPAA, and FDA/EMA expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting and customer-facing strategy/implementation.
• Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA, five days a week.
• Ability to travel 25–50% for client engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Proven experience leading complex implementations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Background in top life sciences consulting firms or forward-deployed models.
• Experience scaling AI, ML, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with life sciences regulations such as GxP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA.
• Startup experience and comfort building processes from scratch.
