What you will do
- Drive strategy for new and existing products jointly with the Product Director.
- Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to create beneficial solutions.
- Build and support business cases, and prioritize the product roadmap for new features.
- Lead cross-functional teams from product concept development to implementation and rollout.
- Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class inventory.
- Manage multiple projects and details while maintaining a focus on the big picture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development or strategy consulting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools like Gemini and an experimentation mindset.
- Adaptability and learning agility to continuously integrate new AI features and capabilities.
