AI Product Manager

Location: Remote within Europe time zones, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain

What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for AI experiences, including Agentic AI capabilities that support app growth.
• Drive rapid product iterations using customer feedback, product data, interviews, beta programs, and analytics.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Improve AI product experiences by expanding accessible datasets, refining response quality, and optimizing user workflows.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders to align product direction with business goals.
• Monitor AI and LLM trends and translate emerging technologies into product opportunities.

Requirements

• Track record of launching and scaling B2B or core tool-based products with measurable business impact.
• Experience with AI-powered or machine learning products and understanding of non-deterministic systems.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with SQL, Amplitude, BI tools, and other product data.
• Ability to understand customer workflows and build products that integrate seamlessly into them.
• Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineers on architecture, logic, and data flows.
• Fluent English at C1+ level and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
