What you will do

• Define and maintain the global stakeholder experience vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead a portfolio of stakeholder journeys, services, and products across multiple markets and functions.
• Align Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, technology, data, and service layers.
• Establish KPI, performance, reporting, and value-realization frameworks.
• Influence investment priorities, capacity allocation, roadmap sequencing, and business-case decisions.
• Lead governance, risk, compliance, organizational change, and adoption of experience improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in complex transformation, customer experience, product, operational, or technology environments.
• Strong Agile delivery and transformation expertise with experience developing strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Commercial, financial, analytical, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of digital platforms, data, analytics, automation, and AI.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or certifications in SAFe, Scrum, product management, or change management.
• Healthcare, health insurance, or other regulated-industry experience.
• International and multi-market experience.
