Digital Product and Transformation Expert (HR Digital)

What you will do

• Support demand management, portfolio governance, roadmap planning, and prioritization across Total Workforce Management products.
• Coordinate cross-product initiatives involving P&C, Digital, Procurement, Finance, People Services, and external vendors.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and delivery plans and present portfolio insights to support governance decisions.
• Manage and refine product backlogs using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Assess platforms, tools, vendors, solution adoption, performance, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the configuration and integration of HRIS, preferably Workday, VMS, and analytics platforms while maintaining data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR digital, product management, demand or portfolio management, digital transformation, or related People/HR functional roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Total Workforce Management, including contingent workforce and external labor processes.
• Hands-on experience with VMS, HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and analytics tools such as Visier.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders and using tools such as JIRA.
• Fluent English and availability for the hybrid Barcelona-based role are required.

• Advanced degree in Digital Transformation.

• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, portfolio governance, business demand management, or transformation programs.
