TL;DR

BDR Manager (AI/SaaS): Leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth for an AI-native revenue platform with an accent on coaching, operational excellence, and AI integration. Focus on scaling BDR playbooks, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and increasing team output through the adoption of AI tools like Claude.

Location: On-site in New York City (5 days a week)

Salary: $140k – $160k (OTE)

hirify.global is an AI-native revenue platform that automates the contract-to-cash lifecycle for modern finance and accounting teams.

What you will do

  • Lead, hire, and onboard BDRs across multiple levels to achieve team pipeline quotas.
  • Develop and maintain scalable sales playbooks, sequences, and training programs.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and performance reviews to coach reps and drive real improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing on GTM strategy, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools, specifically Claude, to compound team output.
  • Manage and report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy to the Head of Business Development.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of management experience, preferably in Business Development and SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently beating BD quotas quarter over quarter.
  • Experience coaching and scaling BDR/SDR reps across multiple levels.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration and reporting.
  • Must be based in New York City for a mandatory 5-day-a-week in-office presence.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude or equivalent) in day-to-day professional workflows.
