Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Remote, work from home. Listed locations: Philadelphia, Boston, Atlanta, and Tampa, United States. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, and conferences.

Target salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle talent acquisition for roles across the US, Europe, and occasionally Asia, including searches requiring language fluency.
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers, lead job intakes, clarify role requirements, and participate in hiring decisions and committees.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, keyword searches, target-company lists, competitor research, and personalized outreach.
• Conduct multiple daily interviews, review high-volume applications, screen candidates, and provide timely feedback while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
• Manage candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse, maintain recruiting dashboards and pipeline reports, and provide hiring insights.
• Improve recruiting operations through interviewer training, scorecards, standardized questions, employer-brand initiatives, and practical AI-tool implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial in-house or corporate talent acquisition experience.
• Proven proactive sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and passive-candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting senior, executive, or other high-stakes roles and managing high-volume pipelines with several interviews per day.
• Experience creating interview scorecards, standardized question templates, or interviewer training programs.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and practical experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
