What you will do
- Perform structured analysis on GTM trends, ICP performance, and conversion rates to provide executive recommendations.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards in HubSpot and Omni to track funnel performance and pipeline.
- Analyze account strategy by tiering the base against ICP and modeling rep capacity.
- Establish rep performance baselines, including ramp curves and ACV variance, to inform enablement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Consulting, or Finance within B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and build models from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into insights for leadership.
- Must be based in New York City, NY for on-site work.
