TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (AI/GTM): Designing and optimizing the technical infrastructure of the GTM revenue engine with an accent on AI-powered workflows and systems integration. Focus on replacing manual processes with automation using LLMs and managing the core GTM tech stack.

Location: On-site in NYC (SoHo office), 5 days a week

Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Identify, build, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using Hebbia, Claude, and Clay for pre- and post-sales teams.
  • Develop prompt libraries and role-specific AI assistants to increase field team leverage.
  • Own and administer the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, and Clay.
  • Audit GTM workflows to systematically replace manual, repetitive work with automation across data capture and lead enrichment.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Operations teams to translate business pain points into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or GTM Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Practical experience with prompt engineering and building AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs or tools like Claude.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, and Clay.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations to debug sync issues independently.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Must be based in and work on-site in New York City.
