TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 + Equity + Commission

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and scale revenue operations.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain the automation layer across the GTM funnel, including lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for account research, prospecting, and competitive intelligence.
  • Implement QA processes to ensure AI-generated content remains reliable at scale.
  • Develop executive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into funnel performance and system impact.
  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to identify workflow gaps and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage change and adoption for new systems through documentation and training.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering at a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical foundation including APIs, integrations, and SQL.
  • Proven experience with the modern GTM stack (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Gong, Apollo).
  • AI fluency with practical experience building workflows using LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Analytical rigor with the ability to build models and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
