Location: On-site in New York City (5 days a week)

Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Identify, build, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using Hebbia, Claude, and Clay for pre- and post-sales teams.
• Develop prompt libraries and role-specific AI assistants to provide field teams with operational leverage.
• Administer and optimize the core GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, and Clay.
• Systematically replace manual, repetitive tasks with automation across data capture, lead enrichment, and signal monitoring.
• Collaborate with GTM and Operations teams to translate business pain points into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or GTM Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and building AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, and Clay.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations to debug sync issues.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including renewals and contract negotiations.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City 5 days a week.
