What you will do
- Generate qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting including account mapping, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and multichannel campaigns.
- Research target accounts, buying committees, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Qualify inbound/outbound prospects based on needs, priorities, and fit.
- Participate in client strategy discussions, provide market feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Partner with internal teams to execute GTM programs and maintain data in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Analyze results, optimize strategies, and deliver weekly insights on pipeline and trends.
Requirements
- 1-3 years proven success in B2B sales, SDR, or pipeline generation, ideally SaaS/technology/agency
- Track record achieving/exceeding outbound pipeline quotas
- Strong business acumen for engaging director/executive buyers
- Excellent communication for personalized messaging across industries/personas
- Experience managing multiple priorities/accounts/programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Analytical mindset, organized, self-motivated, resilient
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
