TL;DR
Account Development Representative (SaaS): Driving expansion opportunities and product adoption within existing customer accounts with an accent on strategic outreach and pipeline generation. Focus on identifying whitespace, conducting multi-threaded outreach, and qualifying expansion interest for high-growth B2B clients.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (in-office 3 days per week)
Salary: $90,000 OTE

What you will do
- Research prospects and companies to develop personalized outreach strategies and narratives.
- Generate a qualified pipeline through cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Engage Director to C-Level prospects to uncover pain points and create interest in the platform.
- Articulate value propositions and differentiators as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify account whitespace and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR/BDR/ADR or customer-facing sales experience, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance or equivalent practical experience.
- Must reside near Austin, TX to support the hybrid work schedule.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect product value to customer outcomes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or equivalent systems.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Nooks, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of Excel or specific sales compensation tools and concepts.
