What you will do

• Build and own the internal communications function from 0→1.
• Plan, execute, and measure all-hands meetings and executive content.
• Translate strategy, product launches, and organizational decisions into clear internal narratives.
• Optimize communication channels and norms (e.g., Slack) to minimize noise and maximize clarity.
• Lead change management efforts, delivering sensitive company news with candor and trust.
• Partner directly with executives to maintain and protect company culture during growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications.
• Background in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience building a function from scratch rather than just maintaining one.
• World-class writing and editing skills, including executive ghostwriting.
• Ability to challenge and advise senior leaders with a strong vision.
• Comfort using AI tools within professional workflows.
