What you will do

• Define and own the global employee communications strategy, governance, and operating model.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide coaching, ghostwriting, and strategic messaging advice.
• Lead communications for large-scale internal moments, including all-hands meetings and organizational changes.
• Establish and manage channel strategy across intranet, newsletters, Slack, and executive cascades.
• Build measurement frameworks to track communication effectiveness and employee understanding.
• Explore and implement AI tools to enhance team efficiency and communication quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in communications, with a strong background in internal or employee-focused roles.
• 4+ years of experience leading people leaders.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior executives on sensitive and nuanced messaging.
• Experience navigating complex change communications, such as restructures or policy shifts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
