Salary: $201,500 – $338,900 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do
- Define and own the global employee communications strategy, governance, and operating model.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide coaching, ghostwriting, and strategic messaging advice.
- Lead communications for large-scale internal moments, including all-hands meetings and organizational changes.
- Establish and manage channel strategy across intranet, newsletters, Slack, and executive cascades.
- Build measurement frameworks to track communication effectiveness and employee understanding.
- Explore and implement AI tools to enhance team efficiency and communication quality.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in communications, with a strong background in internal or employee-focused roles.
- 4+ years of experience leading people leaders.
- Proven ability to work directly with senior executives on sensitive and nuanced messaging.
- Experience navigating complex change communications, such as restructures or policy shifts.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
