• Offer strategic guidance and communications support to leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Craft compelling communications that empower leaders to convey key messages effectively.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of impactful internal and external communications strategies.
• Own the delivery of product announcements and the ideation and execution of product showcases.
• Establish and refine scalable processes to enhance communications across the organization and leadership.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of corporate communications experience, employee and executive communications experience preferred.
• Interest in using both internal and external communications expertise in a dual role.
• Knowledge of communicating about financial technology or product launches and announcements.
• Experience navigating a fast-moving and growing organization.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders and teams on the best ways to communicate information.
• Eagle-eyed attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
