What you will do

• Build and lead a team of eight across various Corporate Communications functions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive global communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and organizational goals.
• Partner with C-suite executives to craft compelling messaging for business priorities, market positioning, and organizational changes.
• Oversee high-impact forums, including executive speaking engagements and industry conferences.
• Lead AI integration for the communications team to enhance content ideation, creation, and scaling.
• Direct crisis and issues communications to protect corporate reputation and stakeholder trust.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in-house in corporate communications, ideally in high-growth tech or AI environments.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in pre-IPO communications and policy/regulatory communications.
• Exceptional writing skills with a talent for distilling complex, cross-functional topics into simple narratives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and prioritize ruthlessly.
