What you will do

• Manage media relations, pitching and securing opportunities for executives and spokespeople.
• Own and execute awards and speaking programs for company executives.
• Draft and manage announcements for product and feature launches.
• Maintain communications trackers, editorial calendars, and internal reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product teams to identify storytelling opportunities.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and reporter backgrounders for media interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in communications within agencies or high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with key reporters at top-tier publications.
• Ability to synthesize and translate highly complex technical information for a mass audience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with non-traditional media such as research journals and niche podcasts.
