What you will do

  • Lead technical relationships for a designated set of merchants, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide technical guidance for new integrations to reduce risk and drive adoption of new features and pilots.
  • Resolve critical technical issues for accounts by coordinating multi-departmental efforts.
  • Deliver early feedback to engineering and product teams during the iteration of new products.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiencies in merchant onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Ability to read code in at least two programming languages and write in at least one.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience from a bootcamp.
  • Familiarity with the payments ecosystem and web/mobile application architecture.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional written and verbal communication.
