What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring new features to market and prioritize customer requirements.
• Manage enterprise-scale customers and partners independently as the primary technical specialist.
• Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of payment solutions.
• Break down project objectives into manageable tasks and guide internal and external resources.
• Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, including training, configuration testing, and launch support.
• Travel to customer and partner locations (20-30%) as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT/software experience in solution delivery for global organizations.
• Strong understanding of network principles, design, and financial services networks.
• Hands-on experience with software development and writing production-grade code.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at network, database, and application levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance.
