TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Engaging warm inbound leads and collecting customer feedback to drive revenue growth for an AI-native business system with an accent on relationship building and market feedback. Focus on optimizing inbound SDR strategies and exceeding sales quotas to scale the platform across local businesses.

Location: On-site in Toronto (5 days a week)

Salary: $60,000 base / $75,000 OTE plus equity

Owner is an AI-native system helping local business owners, particularly in the restaurant industry, manage their entire business operation from CRM to POS.

What you will do

  • Engage and follow up with warm inbound leads to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve marketing and sales methodologies.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to refine and shape the inbound SDR strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the product aligns with market needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably SMB SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding professional goals and high performance standards.
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills with a persistent approach.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset focused on the long-term success of business owners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in or selling to restaurants and small businesses.
