What you will do

• Generate qualified prospechirify.global and customer meetings for Account Execuhirify.globals in the LATAM region.
• Conduct deep research on key accounts to craft personalized, account-based messaging.
• Manage a prospecting pipeline using cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on hirify.global's solutions and competihirify.global positioning.
• Utilize a tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

• 0-2+ years of experience in high-tech B2B sales or sales development.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong hunter mentality with experience in multi-approach prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Proven skills in lead management, opportunity qualification, and territory management.
• Must be based in Ciudad de México, Mexico.
