What you will do
- Develop new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Research and map target prospects within the financial and maritime industries.
- Qualify opportunities using the BANT methodology to ensure high-quality pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor unique value propositions for prospects.
- Maintain and enrich CRM data in Salesforce with precise prospect information.
- Stay updated on industry events to facilitate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in an SDR role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York or Houston.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proactive hunter mentality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet quarterly sales targets.
- Professional customer-centric manner with excellent copywriting skills.
