What you will do

  • Develop new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Research and map target prospects within the financial and maritime industries.
  • Qualify opportunities using the BANT methodology to ensure high-quality pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor unique value propositions for prospects.
  • Maintain and enrich CRM data in Salesforce with precise prospect information.
  • Stay updated on industry events to facilitate meaningful conversations with potential clients.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in an SDR role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York or Houston.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proactive hunter mentality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Professional customer-centric manner with excellent copywriting skills.
