TL;DR

Location: In-person in New York City (SoHo); includes extended onboarding at the San Francisco HQ

Salary: $105,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel activities by identifying prospects and building targeted lead lists.
  • Run end-to-end outbound campaigns using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Convert qualified conversations into pipeline by booking meetings for Account Executives.
  • Continuously test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and targeting.
  • Surface prospect feedback to improve the overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop sales processes and playbooks for future SDR team growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in person at the New York City office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Grit, resilience, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
