What you will do

• Own end-to-end carrier relationships, from prospecting and onboarding to performance management and growth.
• Develop and secure new lanes to align carrier capacity with shipper demand and expand coverage.
• Act as the key liaison between carriers, internal operations, and shippers to ensure seamless load execution.
• Lead carrier performance meetings and align carrier expectations with service standards.
• Negotiate pricing agreements based on market trends and capacity allocation.
• Utilize the NuvoOS platform to monitor tracking, appointments, and identify root causes of incidents.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to hold conversations and close agreements in both Spanish and English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving ability to navigate operational and commercial challenges.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with collaboration time in the Polanco office (Mexico City).
