Specialist Engineering Recruiter (SaaS): Leading end-to-end engineering hiring for a fast-growing AI-native procurement platform with an accent on sourcing high-caliber Senior and Staff engineers in the London market. Focus on scaling the engineering team from 20 to 100+, shaping the engineering EVP, and optimizing the hiring process.

Location: Hybrid in London; must work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across 10 engineering teams.
  • Source and recruit Senior product engineers in the competitive London market.
  • Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive high-caliber candidates.
  • Shape and champion the engineering Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Partner with leadership to define and uphold high hiring standards.
  • Refine the hiring process to improve time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London to support the hybrid office requirement.
  • At least 5 years of total engineering hiring experience.
  • 3+ years in an engineering-focused agency and 2+ years in-house at a fast-paced London tech startup.
  • Proven experience scaling engineering teams from approximately 20 to over 100 engineers.
  • Deep knowledge of the London engineering market and a track record of hiring for high-standard tech companies.
  • Ability to conduct credible technical conversations with Senior and Staff-level engineers.
