Location: Hybrid in London; must work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across 10 engineering teams.
- Source and recruit Senior product engineers in the competitive London market.
- Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive high-caliber candidates.
- Shape and champion the engineering Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Partner with leadership to define and uphold high hiring standards.
- Refine the hiring process to improve time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in London to support the hybrid office requirement.
- At least 5 years of total engineering hiring experience.
- 3+ years in an engineering-focused agency and 2+ years in-house at a fast-paced London tech startup.
- Proven experience scaling engineering teams from approximately 20 to over 100 engineers.
- Deep knowledge of the London engineering market and a track record of hiring for high-standard tech companies.
- Ability to conduct credible technical conversations with Senior and Staff-level engineers.
