What you will do
- Prospect daily to uncover new business opportunities within the defined territory.
- Manage and maintain a healthy qualified pipeline focusing on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing net new business.
- Manage sales activities, account updates, and weekly forecasting within Salesforce.
- Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive growth and uncover referrals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to execute and refine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Must be based in Colombia.
- Proven track record of outbound lead generation and developing a qualified pipeline through cold calling.
- Experience running complex enterprise sales processes.
- Proficiency in enterprise-grade sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, Value Selling).
- High resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
