Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: USD $130,000 on-target earnings (USD $65,000 base + USD $65,000 commission, uncapped) + pre-IPO equity package

What you will do

  • Advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner by becoming an expert in the product and the industry.
  • Collaborate with restaurant owners to align goals and objectives with product capabilities.
  • Sell based on value and ROI versus technical functionality.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline alongside the XDR team.
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless product launch for clients.
  • Consistently exceed quota through disciplined execution and continuous self-learning.

Requirements

  • Spanish: required (verbal and written)
  • 1–2 years of experience in software sales, preferably high-volume SMB SaaS, with closing experience
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach
  • Strong sales acumen, time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
  • Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in) is a plus
