Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: USD $130,000 on-target earnings (USD $65,000 base + USD $65,000 commission, uncapped) + pre-IPO equity package

What you will do
- Advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner by becoming an expert in the product and the industry.
- Collaborate with restaurant owners to align goals and objectives with product capabilities.
- Sell based on value and ROI versus technical functionality.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline alongside the XDR team.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless product launch for clients.
- Consistently exceed quota through disciplined execution and continuous self-learning.
Requirements
- Spanish: required (verbal and written)
- 1–2 years of experience in software sales, preferably high-volume SMB SaaS, with closing experience
- Consultative, customer-first sales approach
- Strong sales acumen, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
- Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in) is a plus
