What you will do

• Perform data validation, auditing, and reporting activities to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
• Configure and support Workday Core HCM, Talent, and Benefits modules, as well as additional functional areas.
• Maintain Workday business processes, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support and troubleshooting.
• Support annual HR programs including Open Enrollment, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Test, document, and implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, HRIS, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HRIS analysis and support.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday Core HCM, Talent, and Benefits.
• Experience creating Workday Advanced Reports and Matrix Reports.
• Must have valid US work authorization (No H-1B sponsorship provided).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
