What you will do
- Configure and support Workday Learning, Performance, Talent, and Recruiting processes, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning Management, including content management and compliance tracking.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to translate business requirements into technical Workday configurations.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards supporting talent insights, recruiting effectiveness, and workforce skills data.
- Support release management activities, including regression testing and change impact assessments.
- Drive strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, and the implementation of skills-based talent practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Technology / HRIS environment.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Learning, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Solid knowledge of Workday HCM fundamentals (Worker, Job, Position, and Organizational structures).
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot configuration, reporting, and integration issues.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certification(s).
- Experience with Tech Wolf, Workday Skills Cloud, or Sana Learning.
- Experience with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Greenhouse.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
