What you will do

• Configure and support Workday Learning, Performance, Talent, and Recruiting processes, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning Management, including content management and compliance tracking.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to translate business requirements into technical Workday configurations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards supporting talent insights, recruiting effectiveness, and workforce skills data.
• Support release management activities, including regression testing and change impact assessments.
• Drive strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, and the implementation of skills-based talent practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Technology / HRIS environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Learning, Performance, and Talent modules.
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM fundamentals (Worker, Job, Position, and Organizational structures).
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot configuration, reporting, and integration issues.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification(s).
• Experience with Tech Wolf, Workday Skills Cloud, or Sana Learning.
• Experience with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Greenhouse.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
