What you will do

• Serve as the primary Workday configuration expert for Payroll and Absence modules.
• Partner with COE leaders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage the product roadmap and Jira backlog for functional enhancements.
• Support end-to-end delivery including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate semiannual Workday release management, including impact assessment and testing.
• Document business processes, functional specifications, and user guides.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in Payroll and Absence.
• Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and Jira.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
