Location: Must be based in the US (San Diego, CA; San Jose, CA; Chandler, AZ; Wilton, CT; or Hillsboro, OR). Hybrid role requiring onsite presence for meetings and collaboration.
Salary: $109,500–$164,250

What you will do
- Consult with business stakeholders to identify human capital challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR/TA data from HRIS, payroll, and external market sources.
- Generate trend analysis and visualizations using Tableau and Workday Discovery Boards to influence leadership decisions.
- Design and develop user-friendly HR analytics tools and self-service platforms.
- Forecast workforce needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Act as a subject matter expert on US TA process and technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, MIS, IT, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar analytical role.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience with data modeling and visualization tools like Tableau or Vizier.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
