Salary: $109,500–$164,250

What you will do

• Consult with business stakeholders to identify human capital challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Collect, compile, and analyze HR/TA data from HRIS, payroll, and external market sources.
• Generate trend analysis and visualizations using Tableau and Workday Discovery Boards to influence leadership decisions.
• Design and develop user-friendly HR analytics tools and self-service platforms.
• Forecast workforce needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert on US TA process and technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, MIS, IT, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar analytical role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience with data modeling and visualization tools like Tableau or Vizier.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
