Salary: $71,200 – $106,800

What you will do

• Manage the HR calendar and track progress against key operating mechanisms.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to perform data-driven business analysis, including headcount management and strategic workforce planning.
• Leverage AI tools and HR systems to maximize process efficiency.
• Drive culture initiatives and talent strategies from ideation through execution.
• Partner with Sales leadership on headcount management and annual promotion processes.
• Create and deliver presentation materials for various organizational audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 2 years of HR experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and core HR systems like Workday and Power BI.
• Advanced command of MS Office applications including Excel, PPT, and Teams.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lafayette, CO.
