What you will do
- Drive applications through a factory model encompassing design, remediation, building, testing, and migration.
- Manage application remediation and development efforts to prepare workloads for cloud migration and production deployment.
- Coordinate between application development, cloud engineering, networking, database, security, and DevOps teams to remove blockers.
- Ensure migration readiness, including environment preparation, connectivity, security controls, and rollback planning.
- Lead cross-functional execution during migration events, cutovers, and post-migration support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale cloud migration, data center exit, or infrastructure modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of compute, storage, networking, databases, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
- Working knowledge of cloud security controls, including access management, firewalls, key vaults, and certificates.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and SRE practices.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with strict security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Must be based in or able to work from Windsor, CT
