What you will do

• Drive applications through a factory model encompassing design, remediation, building, testing, and migration.
• Manage application remediation and development efforts to prepare workloads for cloud migration and production deployment.
• Coordinate between application development, cloud engineering, networking, database, security, and DevOps teams to remove blockers.
• Ensure migration readiness, including environment preparation, connectivity, security controls, and rollback planning.
• Lead cross-functional execution during migration events, cutovers, and post-migration support.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale cloud migration, data center exit, or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of compute, storage, networking, databases, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Working knowledge of cloud security controls, including access management, firewalls, key vaults, and certificates.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and SRE practices.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strict security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work from Windsor, CT
