Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY (must be based in NYC and in-office at least 3 days a week)

Salary: $178,000 - $267,000 base + annual bonus and equity

What you will do

• Define and lead strategy and execution for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs aligned with client and global objectives.
• Manage relationships and influence decisions with senior C-suite stakeholders and steering committees.
• Establish strong program governance frameworks for risk, financials, delivery, and reporting.
• Drive operational excellence for budgets exceeding $20M annually.
• Lead technology modernization, operating model redesign, and regulatory-driven change initiatives.
• Build and inspire high-performing, cross-functional global teams.

Requirements

• 20+ years of leadership experience in program management and transformation within capital markets, banking, or FMIs.
• Proven success leading complex programs for Tier 1 banks or exchanges, clearing houses, and central banks.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for client communication.
• Deep expertise in front-to-back capital markets operations (trading, clearing, custody, post-trade).
• Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence C-suite leaders.
• Experience managing large-scale program financials and commercial governance.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Certifications including PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or SAFe.
• Experience with enterprise-wide technology implementations and data transformation.
