What you will do

• Oversee operations, fiscal health, and service delivery for the Veterans Affairs (VA) department.
• Develop and manage the master integrated plan combining all individual project plans.
• Manage direct labor costs and ensure the program remains within the allocated budget.
• Coordinate with the corporate PMO to standardize processes, templates, and financial tracking.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and develop succession plans for key personnel.
• Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve delivery issues.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• 15+ years of experience managing technical projects, including at least one year of Program Management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Master's degree in a technical discipline (or an additional 10 years of experience).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
