Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the ACE program, ensuring the delivery of key workstreams and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology to drive progress.
- Track and manage program OKRs, milestones, and delivery for customer engagements to ensure alignment.
- Develop high-impact commercialization assets and executive-ready narratives, including case studies and toolkits.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies using structured problem-solving.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership to shape narratives for client segments.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience managing large business strategy or technology programs (or HS diploma + 9 years).
- 5+ years of project management experience acting as a liaison between product, technology, and marketing teams.
- 3+ years of experience working with agile teams or similar project methodologies.
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, Visio, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in product marketing or management consulting.
- Experience in consumer finance or retail marketing.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
