What you will do

• Manage and track program execution across multiple development teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with leaders across Engineering and Product Management.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks decisively, including making and communicating necessary tradeoffs.
• Develop detailed program plans and schedules covering all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Communicate program status and risks to executive stakeholders through visual and verbal updates.
• Facilitate scrum of scrums meetings and drive cross-team collaboration on large roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving large programs with a track record of strong results.
• 3+ years of experience in software product development, specifically SaaS or web applications.
• Technical grounding in modern web technologies and agile processes.
• Proven ability to build execution frameworks to track and execute program direction.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
