Salary: $124,540 - $140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical and managerial lead for the CyOFTS III contract.
• Establish PMO operating cadence and oversee workforce staffing and mobilization.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for budget and schedule deviations.
• Provide metrics and briefings to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the Personnel Qualification Matrix and staffing assignments.
• Ensure coordination across training development, instructional delivery, and cyber technical support.

Requirements

• Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of program management experience leading multi-site programs.
• Must be able to work on-site at Hurlburt AFB.
• Deep knowledge of Cyber Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO).
• Understanding of Air Force Instructional System Development (ISD) processes.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Experience managing diverse technical areas including network engineering, system administration, and DevOps.
• Leadership experience in high-tempo, multi-tenant cyber or IT environments.
• Experience collaborating with government PMOs and mission partners.
