What you will do
- Define and drive the People Operations Excellence strategy and roadmap aligned with HR and business priorities.
- Design and facilitate cross-functional governance for prioritization and decision-making on service, process, and system changes.
- Govern a global portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring ownership and execution accountability.
- Establish a structured continuous improvement approach and framework for integrating business process insights.
- Partner with HR Technology and COE to identify and advance opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
- Apply a data-driven approach to benchmark and improve efficiency and effectiveness across global regions.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in HR Operations, shared services, or operational excellence in complex global environments.
- Proven track record of leading global transformation initiatives with measurable business impact at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Operations; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, global standardization, governance models, and change management.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decision-making at the Director level.
- Experience with HR platforms, specifically Workday, and case management environments.
Nice to have
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
