What you will do

• Define and drive the People Operations Excellence strategy and roadmap aligned with HR and business priorities.
• Design and facilitate cross-functional governance for prioritization and decision-making on service, process, and system changes.
• Govern a global portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring ownership and execution accountability.
• Establish a structured continuous improvement approach and framework for integrating business process insights.
• Partner with HR Technology and COE to identify and advance opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
• Apply a data-driven approach to benchmark and improve efficiency and effectiveness across global regions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in HR Operations, shared services, or operational excellence in complex global environments.
• Proven track record of leading global transformation initiatives with measurable business impact at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Operations; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, global standardization, governance models, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decision-making at the Director level.
• Experience with HR platforms, specifically Workday, and case management environments.

Nice to have

• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
