TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Boston, US

Salary: $145,000 - $207,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the long-term roadmap for HR technology, automation, integrations, and digital transformation.
  • Serve as the strategic business owner for Workday HCM and the broader People technology ecosystem.
  • Build a comprehensive People Analytics capability, developing dashboards and KPIs for workforce planning, retention, and engagement.
  • Redesign global People processes using technology-first thinking to drive simplification and scalability across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives involving HR, Finance, IT, Security, and Legal.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic business priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading HR Technology, People Systems, People Analytics, or Digital HR Transformation.
  • Proven success leading enterprise HR technology implementations, specifically with Workday.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Deep knowledge of global HR operations, organizational design, and HR data governance.
  • Ability to build executive-level dashboards and translate workforce data into strategic insights.
  • Must be based in the US

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting publicly traded global organizations.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled HR technologies and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging predictive analytics and workforce intelligence.
  • Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
