What you will do

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
• Serve as the primary owner of HR systems (BambooHR), maintaining data integrity and governance standards.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions using automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure strict compliance with US federal, state, and local employment regulations and audit requirements.
• Develop workforce reporting and analyze data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Finance, and GTM leadership to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA office 3 days a week.
• 5+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, Business Operations, or related HR functions.
• Direct experience implementing AI or automation solutions to scale HR workflows.
• Deep understanding of multi-state US employment regulations, benefits administration, and leave programs.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, TriNet) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating workforce data into recommendations.
